Expected Delivery Times

At H.Samuel we do everything we can to ensure that your order arrives when you expect it to. You will be provided with expected delivery dates for your order in checkout.

Standard Delivery may take up to 6 days excluding Sundays.

Please note: Delivery times are extended over public holidays. Over public holidays, please refer to the expected delivery dates provided in checkout. Delivery times for items ordered during busy periods could take up to 2 days longer than usual.

Please allow additional time for deliveries to Channels Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and the Northern Ireland.

Orders placed in Northern Ireland can only be fulfilled centrally from our distribution centre and cannot be obtained from store or other alternatives. Unfortunately, once cancelled we are unable to fulfil your order.

Delivery Options

At H.Samuel we offer a range of delivery options to suit your availability.

STANDARD DELIVERY (FREE ON ALL ORDERS OVER £40 - Orders Under £40 Charged At £1.99)

Standard delivery is currently free on all orders over £40 (£1.99 charge for orders under £40) to any address in the UK (excluding addresses in the Channel Islands).

Orders placed Monday to Thursday should arrive within 7 days (excluding Sundays). Orders placed on Friday or at the weekend should arrive within 8 days (excluding Sundays).

You will be provided with estimated delivery dates for your order at checkout. Standard delivery orders will not need to be signed for.

Please note, not all of our items will be available for next-day delivery and may arrive within 48 hours

FREE CLICK AND COLLECT - FREE DELIVERY TO STORE

SAME-DAY CLICK AND COLLECT - FREE: Same-day collections are available in most H.Samuel stores. Place your order online up until 3pm for same-day collections. After 3pm the order will not be available for collection until the following day. When the order is ready for collection in the store, we will contact you by email. Please do not make the journey to the store until you have received confirmation from us that the order is ready. You will need to bring confirmation of your order with you when you come to collect it.

Engraved and Personalised Items 

If you choose to have your order engraved, it can take between 3 to 8 working days to be despatched depending on your chosen delivery method. In most cases, it won't take this long but please do add an extra 8 working days to the expected delivery lead times shown above to avoid disappointment.

For personalised jewellery orders, it can take between 14 to 17 working days to be despatched.

For Personalised Gift items, the lead time is quoted per product. The delivery date will depend on the delivery method chosen but the expected delivery date will be stated in the basket.
