Simply take your watch to your nearest store with
proof of purchase (either your receipt or the stamped guarantee card)
and our fully trained sales associates will be happy to adjust your
watch strap, to fit your wrist free of charge, while you wait.
Free adjustment is limited to one per watch purchase. Any additional adjustments will be chargeable.
