What is the definition of Product Lifetime?

The product lifetime is defined as the period during which the item remains in good condition. Good condition means the item is not broken and/or providing any Lifetime Care Promise service will not cause damage to the item. If the item is broken or at risk of damage, it is not eligible for free services under the Lifetime Care Promise until the damage is resolved. The item would be subject to a chargeable repair to do this.
