When you visit any of our nationwide network of stores, you can be sure you will get helpful, friendly service from our staff. To find your nearest H.Samuel store, go to our store finder. Please note that online orders cannot be delivered to stores in Eire or the Channel Islands, and items ordered online cannot be returned there.

The guarantee covers all defects in material, workmanship or construction under normal use.
The guarantee does not cover battery, crystal, strap/bracelet due to improper care, accidental damage, modifications or unauthorised repair. Water damage is not covered, unless it is marked water-resistant and the consumer has followed manufacturers' recommendations as to what conditions the watch may be used in.
The terms of the guarantee provide rights, which are in addition to your statutory rights and do not limit or otherwise affect those statutory rights.
You must have a copy of the receipt or dispatch note, a stamped and dated guarantee or other proof of purchase with all watches returned for repair under the guarantee.

Shopping for children
Children’s jewellery — important information
In order to get the best use from our products please be aware of the following:
- Our jewellery is not designed or intended for children under 36 months because of small parts, with the exception of expander bangles.
- Do not allow children to put jewellery in their mouth.
- Jewellery must not be worn whilst sleeping or playing sport.
- A children’s item will need to be replaced as a child grows. Do not allow a child to wear an item which is too small.
- Earrings are not designed for use whilst a wound is healing. For example after having their ears pierced.
- Earrings must be cleaned frequently; use warm water and mild detergent, then rinse thoroughly with warm water and dry using a clean soft cloth or tissue.
- Exercise caution when pushing the earring scrolls (butterflies) onto the stems; scrolls pushed too hard against the earlobe may become embedded.
- Plastic scrolls will be provided free of charge (in store only), please ask when purchasing children’s earrings.
