After ordering this product for my grandaughter's birthday present I had it delivered to the store, this service was excellent but when I weent to pick up the necklance I was disappointed to see that it didn;t come with a box, the lady in the shop very kindly boxed it for me but told that if I had had it delivered to my home address then it would just have been delivered in a bag, this is not the service I have come to expect from H Samuels over the years as I have bought many a gift from you, once again, very disappointed
