The item looks really great. Perfect for a gift.
The chain though could be a bit thicker cause it looks and feels like it could break easily.
The packaging is really good. Looks very professional.
I also ordered the gift message and I must say it doesn't look very well. Also the paper with my message was crumpled so it didn't look that nice. But overall I'm satisfied with the purchase.
