The perfect ring for our engagement! The sales staff weren't trying to sell, sell , sell, just provided very helpful assistance and important knowledge of their products. The customer servcie was also excellent when changing the ring for a different size (as size was guessed orginially).... returns postage being prepaid was a real bonus too. Overall an excellent service and product!!!
