this is my first time buying on line with Hsamuel and i was very impressedn with the service. I had prompt delivery which was well packaged, however, the ring turned out to be slightly small although it was the correct size for me, i took it into my local H samuel, who very kindly made the ring slightly bigger, all within 20 min.
