• Unless expressly stated otherwise, when you spend:

  • £500 or more on selected natural or lab-grown diamonds, receive a free 0.5 carat lab-grown diamond ring (SKU 1386226); or
  • £750 or more on selected natural or lab-grown diamonds, receive a free 1 carat lab-grown diamond ring (SKU 1386341).
• Offer is valid from Tuesday 13th January until Sunday 29th March 2026.
• These offers are valid whilst stocks last and are subject to availability.
• Offers are available both online and in stores.
• Offer is non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
• When a customer lands on an item of diamond jewellery that qualifies for the promotion, they will be served a prompt below the Add to Basket button on the PDP. Customers will be prompted to view one of the free lab-grown diamond gift SKUs for their qualifying spend threshold. The customer will be redirected to the gift SKU PDP in a new window, where they will need to manually add to basket. Once both the gift SKU and the qualifying SKU have been added to basket, the offer is automatically applied with no code required, provided the qualifying spend threshold is met.
• If a customer adds the qualifying SKU without selecting a free gift, only the qualifying item will appear in the basket. In this scenario, a secondary basket-level prompt will surface to remind eligible customers to add their free gift before checkout.
• The discount is automatically applied in store.
• Offers cannot be used in conjunction with selected offers or discounts.
• If we collect personal data from you, we will use it only for the purpose(s) agreed with you and look after it in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at www.hsamuel.co.uk/privacy-policy . Alternatively, please ask a colleague in store for a copy.

RETURNS POLICY

• In the event of returning any or all items in your purchase, the free lab-grown diamond ring must be returned.
• Subject to the following, all clearance items purchased can be returned to store for an exchange or store credit within 30 days. Non-clearance items are eligible for exchange, store credit or refund within 30 days. Warranty purchased on a monthly plan is excluded from the extended returns policy. Normal returns policy of 30 days applies.
• Items must be returned unworn, in pristine condition with the original purchase receipt and in the original packaging, unless the item is proved faulty.
• All items for piercings (such as earrings) are excluded, unless items for piercings are returned unopened and in their original sealed bag.
• All personalised items (such as personalised rings) and Create Your Own Products are excluded, unless the item is proved faulty.
• Items purchased in H Samuel Outlet stores must be returned to H Samuel Outlet stores only.
• These terms do not affect your consumer rights. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.
