At the right price this Rotary GMT watch is a bit of a bargain. Build quality and design are the stand out features but the mineral glass and only 50m water resistance let the side down. 50m is surprising considering the watch has a screw fit back and screw down crown. Overall a great watch.

I'd been looking for a good quality watch of this type of design and features for some time and definitely looking for a bargain the post Christmas sales offered a raft of opportunities . Having narrowed the options down to three, H. Samuel offered the best value / quality option in my opinion . The watch is fantastic. Feels great, its not heavy, makes me feel like I'm wearing a Rolex! Great quality. Here is the problem. The picture shows 'since 1895' on the face next to the number 6. In reality, the watch you receive will not have this and they out it down to manufacture issues.. Other than that, the watch is spot on. And comes in a really nice display case.

This product offers great Swiss build quality at an affordable price. The watch is a very attractive straight forward classic design. The only criticism is the date is a little on the small side and the bracelet is not self adjustable, so I will have to take it to a shop to adjust it before wearing ! However these are only minor irritations. This is my third purchase from H Samuel and I have been really happy with their quality watches at great prices.

Purchased while on offer, and the the image of the watch displayed is not the watch I received. The watch I received does not have 'Since 1895' at the bottom and also has a bezel 'lume' dot at 12 'o clock which isn't on the product photo, additionally the second hand does not line up with the seconds markings between the '12' and '6' area. The blue is black and not blue as pictured. Am I still happy with the watch? Yes, but only because I didn't pay full price - I can understand others who purchase may not to be and may wish to choose a different manufacturer/model.

The Rotary GMT watch is amazing value for money - the bezel and glass are of very high quality for the price, and the bracelet fits nicely and doesn't snag. Yes, the 'blue' side of the bezel is in fact a very dark navy, so can appear black, and despite the face of the watch being 42mm in diameter, the lug-to-lug length is actually a whopping 54mm - so it's definitely better suited to larger wrists.

I purchased this as I was after a "Pepsi" bezled quality watch. The website promotion clearly shows the bezle as bright blue and red but on receiving the watch it is not blue but black and not at all what I was after. Disappointing. Lovely watch but not the colours advertised. To be returned.

I bought this Henley GMT at its sale price to add to my collection, it's absolutely stunning in the flesh can't stop looking at it. Solid, weighty, long strap will suit larger wrists (I have 8 inch wrist and removed 2 links). The quality of the machining and manufacture is that of a far more expensive watch. Might have to buy the blue and black one next!

This is a very beautiful watch. The blue on the bezel in real life is not as bright as you'd think, like Pepsi blue (like I expected) instead it is more of a dark blue, very rich in colour. In some lights almost black, however I have no objections against it, if anything that darker blue makes it more classy. Otherwise what can I say, I love this watch. My favorite watch that I currently own, can stop myself from wearing it everyday

I purchased this after seeing the watch on big posters in the shop and looking at them on line I chose this watch because of the red and blue dial similar to the Seiko Pepsi watch I own and the Rolex I would like to own. On a quick glance this looked like the Rolex and was the right price for an everyday watch even down to the GMT function I ordered on.line and to be honest the delivery was very quick taken into account the Christmas period On arrival I saw that the dial was in fact black and red clearly not as described or shown, however I thought that I might be able to live with that I set the watch at he correct time and date and later discovered that a few hours later the hands had not moved. I checked it he description again to make sure that it was not an automatic movement, so I reset the time again and checked next day still no movement. The watch was returned for a full refund 5 days later because it was not working and also the colour of the bezel which was totally different and very misleading even down to the marker at the 12 o'clock position.

Its a great watch, solid on the wrist and feels like a much more expensive watch, the only downside to the watch is the bezel, on the pictures it looks blue and red but in real life it looks black and red, I’ve tried it under all different lighting conditions and it does not look blue at all, if you can live with it not really being blue its a great watch with a quality feel to it and its a good addition to my collection
