When new, the brushed matt finish around the centre looks stunning contrasting with the polished outer edges. Unfortunately within hours of wearing it the brushed effect was already marked and within a month it had completely worn off leaving a dull barely 2-tone look with assorted dents and scratches all over it. Sadly i think silver is just too soft a metal to use for a ring such as this...

A stunning ring!
It's a lovely ring which I purchased for my fiancee. It is sturdy but not too heavy either. Looks stunning too. Only downside was that it didnt come in the nicest of gift packaging. I could have pirchased a nicer gift package myself.. But overall, the ring is perfect.

Bought for my husband on our 30 wedding anniversary which was today. He loves it. Great value for money. Love the polish and Matt effect to the ring. We drive the asst manager and the sales asst crazy as I couldn't select which ring we wanted she gave us all the advice in the materials of all the other rings as we couldn't decided which one from Colbert, titanium and the silver so we decided to choose the Silver ring the D shape fits brilliant on his his finger. H Samuels in Wisbech have fabulous staff and they knew everything on the rings big thank you to Erin and Whitney we love the ring thank you

I got married on Easter Sunday 2014. I wore this ring for 2 days and it already was scratched and had a dent in the ring and lost its shape. I took the ring back to the store who kindly gave me a refund on the ring and I upgraded the ring for a better quality one.

When looking for wedding rings earlier this year we chose these as they looked different and were available in the largest size required-Z3. The local shop was very attentive and stated that this ring was very hard wearing and would keep the great look it had. Once married we had the rings on for 5 days, whilst on honeymoon, and the matt finish became scratched and looked grey. We returned the rings to the shop and after some "discussion" we had a replacement set ordered. These arrived and we collected them once again. After 1 weeks normal wear- I wear gloves for care work and my husband only worn his 4 times when we went out, the scratches appeared again. We have returned them again and have had to choose different rings. This has been a traumatic time and H Samuel have now had our wedding rings longer than we have. PLEASE BE WARNED THESE RINGS WILL NOT STAND UP TO BEING WORN!

Very disappointing
My husband and I chose this ring because it looked different and we really liked the satin effect. We had a terrible experience with getting our rings at our local store but most dissapointing is that within 4 months of wearing our rings - with normal wear the satin finish had gone from scratched and scuffed to completely gone and our rings are now just plain bands. I strongly reccommend you do not buy this ring, stick to something plain it will last better!

Ring scuffed
The ring looked really nice when purchased, looked nicer than the white gold ring of the same style, but after 2 weeks of wearing the ring (normal everyday wearing) the ring now looks terrible. Me and my wife are embarrassed to show people our wedding rings. Loads of dark grey scuffs on ring surface area and dark around the rim giving appearance of a plated ring.
