If you’ve changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it in its original condition we’ll exchange or refund it.
You can return items to us by post free of charge within 30 days via Royal Mail and you will be refunded to the payment method you used to place the order.

This is the quickest way to return items. You can also exchange any unwanted items at your local store.
Fortunately this was a gift bought for myself (on behalf of my husband!) following the difficult decision to put our last dog down. It was an addition to my Chamilia collection for my necklace. The charm is lovely and good quality, however it did not come in a Chamilia box but in a rather poor quality H Samuel box that fell apart as I tried to open it. It made me question whether it was a proper Chamilia charm and had I purchased it for someone else as a gift, I would have been disappointed. With the proper Chamilia box, it reduces the value of the charm if you want to swap it or sell it later - not that I will this one! Otherwise, H Samuel has been a reliable source of jewellery and gifts On the High Street. This is is the first time, I have ordered online with them.
