Beautiful gift I bought it for my husband 50th birthday really liked it. Ordered another one for my Father.
I am sorry to say this is misleading. It is advertised a Pewter "Personalized" Tankard. When I went to order it,I noticed there was no way to personalize it, so I spent 45 minutes on the phone waiting to speak to a customer service agent. I eventually got through to a very confused (but friendly) agent who could not work it out either. Today I went to my Local branch and it was explained to me that this actually means that you have to buy the Tankard as it is, and then YOU have to take it to be personalized. I mean really ! . I have absolutely nothing against the item, it is probably really good, but it SHOULD NOT be advertised as a personalized tankard
