Okay product, but not up to the usual good quality that I have come to expect from H Samuels

The necklace came nicely packaged and on time. The necklace is a nice size and the chain is nice and delicate. So no complaints with those aspects. The spring ring clasp is very bulky compared to the fine chain and the chain struggles to get into the spring ring clasp. The chain is so fine and the clasp is so bulky that the chain is unable to sit around the clasp as you would expect it to. As a result of this, it did take some time to get the necklace on. At the end of the chain there is no chain end and this sadly makes the necklace appear to be quite cheap looking. I did buy this necklace when it was on offer, but had I paid full price I would have been very disappointed and I would have wanted my money back as it doesn't look like its price point. We buy from H Samuels a lot and have always been happy with the quality of their products, but this product does seem quite cheap looking for the price and there are much cheaper and similar alternatives of this type of necklace available elsewhere.
