Very bad product
Brought this for my partner, it was my first jewellery brought for her, she’s a massive fan of HP but unfortunately this is a very bad product, I brought guarantee with it & after the second time of taking it back to HSamauels if been told to swap it for something else, I’ve been told don’t get the necklace wet that’s Why the crystals keep falling out!!!!! Again very bad quality, your been disappointed!!

It’s beautiful... Until!.....so so disappointed
Iv had 2 replacements and now can’t decide what to do. Get money back get something else instead or just put up with a necklace that falls apart after a week! This isn’t the decision I should be faced with when my lively man surprised me with this at Christmas. After seeing and falling very hard in love with it! The tiny crystals just fall out..I was asked what do I do with it??..WEAR IT!! even being Ridiculously carful with the second one ( for Example not wearing it!) the crystals STILL fell out. Looks like I’ll be getting the one with out the crystals which I recommend you do in the first place! So disappointed.

Deathly Hallows Necklace
I love the design of this necklace and it is beautiful when it first arrives, however I have had 3 replacement products as each time the Swarovski crystals have fallen out after only a couple of wears. It is incredibly upsetting and disappointing.
