No real issues with the earrings except that they are not as thick as they appear on the website - nice but thinner than I had hoped. Lesson = don't order jewellery online!!
I have just received these put one in and already the thinner gold part is bent. It’s impossible to close by yourself, so fiddly. Very unhappy, I decided to order from a jeweller because I wanted decent quality and I’ve got rubbish I could have ordered from a cheap junky store.

These earrings were very small, not anything like the photo, they looked too small to get into adults ears and I think you would struggle to get them in children’s ears. I was very disappointed with my purchase, I sent them back and got a refund.
they well packed and looked beautifully made; item looks the same as it is in the photo, i think it was worth the purchase and i would definitely recommend this item to anyone who likes quality products.
Bought online and although the product description did state 12mm I did anticipate these being larger and I feel the product picture was deceptive. These are an 18th birthday gift for my Grandaughter and I'm unsure now whether she will wear them.
These are just the right size. They arrived on the given date without any issues regarding delivery or product damage. If you’re a person that isn’t the biggest fan of large earrings then these would be perfect for you or a loved one.
Received these as a present from my 80yo mum this Xmas, had asked her for hinged gold sleepers and thats what she asked the Samuels assistant for. The girl told her they were hinged and that they'd be ideal for me as an adult. Wen she gave them to me I was unable to see the earrings clearly as they were packaged inside a folded clear cover almost completely covered by a white label stating they could be returned only if unopened within 30 days. Mum was adamant they were fine and what I had asked for and that I had to open them, so I did. I immediately noticed they weren't the hinged variety but didn't know how to tell her this so pretended they were fine - as you do. We live In Wales, I don't think H Samuels have branched here so i can't even go and ask for advice in a local branch. The quality is so poor that when I offered them up to my ear they were bending even to try and fit them around the lobe so I didn't bother.
Overpriced, very small and quite horrible. Will never buy anything from them again
There are better earrings at Claire's. I mistakenly bought these instead of the cheaper sleepers. The moment I pulled out the wire to fit them it bent. The bottoms are really thin and also bend really easy. Not worth anything as difficult to put on and immediately bend out of shape.
Sturdy if somewhat small hoops. Suitable for every day use but would not look out of place on an evening out. Good amount of gold which will help prevent debts. Would have given a full suite of 5s if they had been slightly larger
I would recommend these hoops to anyone looking for a nice small pair for every day. I do think that they are slightly overpriced for the quality though.
The pair I ordered was slightly too small but I was able to go into the H Samuel in the Bullring and get it changed for a slightly bigger pair, with no problem. I love the product.
