Product is exactly like photos. Because of design product best suited to first lobe piercing. I purchased 3 for all my lobe piercings but because the ' bar through the piercing ' is quite thick and short, it's not as comfortable through the third hole. However I have worn all three everyday and night for several weeks and I am very happy with them.
