Purchased this bracelet for my fiance, arrived the next day which is great! We planned to take it into the Gloucester quays store to find out if it could have any of the links taken out to make it a bit smaller and fit better. When we got to the store one of the stones fell out of the casing after it had only been worn for an hour or so? Luckily we were in the store and managed to see the stone fall onto the counter. The manager of the store was really helpful and has taken our details to send the bracelet off to see if it can be made smaller and to sort the issue with the stone. Just feel a bit dissapointed that the stone has fallen out within an hour of being worn, Doesn't fill us with confidence that the product is well made.

Christmas present
I brought this as a Christmas present for my partner from my children and I will always remember the great smile on her face as she open it. Great style, very bright she thinks it looks beautiful. She has wore it every time she has gone out since and she says a lot of people has said how beautiful it is and has asked where it is from. (so you may have a flurry of new customers in the near future) I just wish I was taking all the credit for it rather then my children.
