Learn More About DeliveryThe crystal wine glass j ordered was requested to be personalised for a 50th Birthday, when it arrived it was not done how I had asked, the personalisation that had been done was right at the top of the glass and looked cheap, and in my thoughts I was disappointed as I could have gone to any ordinary card shop to get a glass the same but cheaper, because of this I couldn’t actually give her the glass as a birthday present due to the lack of quality
I ordered this for a friend’s leaving present, unfortunately most of the engraving had been missed out. I phoned customer services who were very helpful and asked for a photo. I was then asked to reorder and tell customer services exactly what I wanted engraved so that they could clarify with the engravers, so the same mistake wasn’t made again. I received it the next day and EXACTLY the same thing had occurred! By this time it was too late to rectify the problem and I had to get my friend vouchers, which was a real shame. Not something I’d expect from a well known company like H Samuel. I just hope these issues were addressed properly so that it doesn’t happen again with someone else!
Whilst the product is of fairly good quality. The product is over priced. It was a present and is a nice gift BUT the price and gift box should be reviewed.
