Bought this for a friends daughter for her 18th so had it engraved with her name and happy birthday as thought it would be a nice keep sake. I ordered on line and collected from my local store rather than have it posted. All very easy and got an email within 3 days to say ready for collection. It is heavier than I expected which is good. The engraving is done very nicely and the inside has a nice velvety cloth. Very pleased with the quality and size.

The product itself is very nice and perfect for a gift. I got mine personalised as it was a gift they did not give it a good clean and there was finger tips mark and going on with the pandemic I think that is very unhygienic. The post man also hust threw the parcel through the letterbox could of rang the doorbell as its made of mirror glass. Definitely wont be purchasing from h samuel again.
