I am really disappointed with the packaging as it came damaged and the personalised card was blank after I asked for a message we say to each other all the time I’m really disappointed and will not be shopping with you anymore!! This is a beautiful necklace bought for my partner as a birthday gift, I selected to have the item gift wrapped and came in a beautiful box with packaging the pendant is lovely and really eye catching. Would recommend this to anyone the only problem with this other case on the back is quite fiddly but overall superb quality and looks really great
