I ordered 3 pairs of these, one for myself and 2 as gifts. On opening the first pair one of the earrings is bent on the stem and therefore will not close properly. The part where the stem goes is shallow so does not clip not place properly and will likely fall out. I’ve returned all 3 pairs - I’ve enclosed a note with the pair I have opened, to say without breaking the seal I would have no way of knowing this product is poor quality, so regardless of the seal being broken I would expect a full refund. I’m also returning the other 2 pairs purchased, I don’t want to send them unsealed as gifts when there’s a chance these pairs are faulty too. Disappointed with the product- though no complaints with delivery service, arrived when stated.
