Online they looked great but couldn’t tell at home
I ordered these online with my house bound mother for my sister so we thought they did look lovely. When they arrived they were in a nasty little plastic bag with a sticker saying 30 day return if the bag isn’t opened. So I couldn’t see them and I also couldn’t put them into the box (provided) to gift them at Christmas. The bag looked like it had already been opened. I returned them after a painful conversation with online live chat. Needless to say I won’t be ordering from H Samuel again, after many years as a customer.

I ordered these earrings for my Mum's 80th birthday gift as diamond is her birthstone. They looked gorgeous in the photo (which was obviously hugely enlarged) but when they arrived, the diamonds were so tiny, they could only be seen under a magnifying glass. Very disappointed and have returned them.

Packaging let it down
The earrings look great on my wife, just wish they had come packaged better. I was hoping that my wife would openthe package and be excited and pleased but because they were not in the box they didn't have the wow factor. Maybe something could be done about this.
