Bought online, picked it up, less than 5 minutes later it the bracelet was stolen within medowhall. Didn't get insurance on the item as it was meant to be a present I was going to drop off on route home. Will only do home delivery from now on unless you can offer1 day insurance.

This is a gift for my daughter for her wedding day,it’s design and simplicity is so perfect for her as it will match her other bracelets and it will be a perfect gift from me to her,. Do not buy this item i bought this as an anniversary gift and i still have two payments to go and it has been lost off the wrist due to a loose lock it is not worth the money at all. I am now left with a gutted and heartbroken girlfriend at losing it.

So happy with this product! I went into store (so I could view the products in real life before purchasing!) and it caught my eye straight away! It was the last one in the shop and I’m normally apprehensive about this but it was clearly fate! It’s so comfortable, stones are beautiful (considering the price you’re paying!) and it unlike anything else I own! I haven’t taken it off since I bought it!! The woman who served me was brilliant as well, nothing quite like the personal touch! Also got the two years coverage incase anything happens and the lovely lady informed me this covers me for the full value of the item not the discount price I paid today!

Got this as a Birthday gift. It's quite pretty on but after wearing it three times at home, I noticed one of the links stick out and needed tweezers to squeeze it back into place. I know it was bought on sale which I'm glad for. It is not worth £149 when you have to fix it when it's brand new.

Very small and can hardly see the diamonds & its not worth the money, also feels like it will fall off the wrist as the toggle slackens throughout the day. If i had bought this myself I would have returned it straight away, but as my partner bought it i didn't want to upset or disappoint him with his purchase for my birthday.

The bracelet is lovely but the printed gift card totally let’s this gift down and I won’t be using it. The plain white sticker the words were printed on is oversized, It has two corners shaped with the standard supplier radius and two square corners where its obvious it was cut to reduce its size and at the bottom there is also a small print showing, which is probably letters from the next customer gift request (I figured 2 for 1 on each printed sticker). The print font type is too small, plain and just a bold font, when there are so many nicer fonts that could be used for a gift. Presentation is everything, especially with jewellery. Its Such a shame!
