Ordered online for Xmas and arrived in unsealed tatty box. Too late to do anything so wrapped ready for the big day. Alas on opening no backs were present! Quite clearly these were seconds and should not have been posted. After contacting customer service and numerous promises to send us the backs none arrived. In the end gave up and sent back for refund. Had to chase up several times!! Never again!

Nice earrings, just what I was looking for. However the purchasing experience was was spoilt as the earring came in a very flimsy cardboard box which fell apart the very first time I tired to open it! Very disappointing considering the cost of the earrings.
