I was disappointed with the inscription on the back of watch.The photo of the watch online shows inscription running north to south.The watches I was offered had inscriptions running all over the place….ie not north to south.This may send like a soft complaint but to some people this is an important issue.The Citizen rep was of no help apparently. The watch itself is very nice,but I am considering returning to shop for a refund.I am not dissatisfied with H Samuel. Just with Citizen.
