Engraving
Why not add a personal touch and get one of our many jewellery and gift items engraved? Engraved items make special gifts to mark occasions such as anniversaries or birthdays or to simply say thank you to a friend, your best man or your bridesmaids.
What items can I get engraved?
Most of our gift items, such as tankards, pens, photo frames and keyrings, can be engraved as well as many of our lockets and ID bracelets. When you go to a product information page, if it can be engraved there will be a tick box on the right-hand side that says "Engrave this item". If this does not appear then it means the product is not suitable for engraving.
How much does it cost?
Our engraving service costs from as little as £5 - you can have a message with up to 13 characters for this price. For 14 characters and above it will cost £10 per item.
How long does it take?
It will take up to 10 working days to get your product engraved and despatched from our warehouse. In most cases it should not take this long but you should allow this amount of time if you want the gift to arrive in time for a special occasion.
What sort of messages can I have engraved?
You can choose to have whatever message you like as long as it will fit on the item. Each item that can be engraved has a maximum character limit. On a pen, for example, you will probably only be able to put on someone’s name or initials but on a tankard you will have the flexibility to engrave a longer message such as "Our Best Man, 2 May 2005".
Can I order more than one engraved item per order?
No, you will need to raise separate orders for every item you would like engraved.
Can I have an engraved item and non-engraved item in the same order?
No - you will need to raise separate orders: one for the engraved item and one for the non-engraved item. This is because it will take up to 10 working days for your engraved item to be despatched but only one working day for the non-engraved item to be despatched.
Can I return engraved items?
No - you cannot return engraved items unless the product is faulty and this is stated in our Returns Policy.
What if the engraved message on my item is incorrect?
The message that you type during the checkout process is exactly the message that will be engraved so you must ensure that you check what you have typed is correct and does not have any errors.
