At H.Samuel we offer a range of delivery options to suit your lifestyle.

Last order dates for Valentine's (non-engraved items)

Last order date for Valentine's for engraved items

If you would like your Valentine's gift engraved, please place your order before 2pm on Tuesday 7 February.

Standard delivery - £2.95

For Standard delivery please place your order before 2pm on Friday 10 February.

You can have your order delivered to any address in the UK by Standard delivery if your order comes to under £149. Unfortunately we do not deliver to addresses in Eire or the Channel Islands. Standard delivery orders do not need to be signed for.

Standard delivery costs £2.95 for orders under £49 and is free on orders of £49 - £148.99. Orders of £149 or more will automatically be upgraded to Next Day delivery for free.

Orders placed Monday to Thursday should arrive in 2 - 3 days (excluding Sundays).
Orders placed on Friday or at the weekend should arrive within 2 - 4 days (excluding Sundays).
Delivery: 9am - 5pm.
You will be provided with estimated delivery dates for your order in checkout.

Please note: delivery lead times are extended over public holidays. Over public holidays, please refer to the estimated delivery dates provided in checkout.

Next Day delivery - £4.95 / £3

For Next Day delivery please place your order before 3pm on Monday 13 February.

You can have your order delivered by Next Day delivery to any address in the UK. Unfortunately we do not deliver to addresses in Eire or the Channel Islands. Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail or by Secure Mail Services and will need to be signed for. Our Next Day service delivers on Saturdays.

Next Day delivery costs £4.95 for orders under £49 and £3 for orders of £49 - £148.99. Next Day delivery is free on orders of £149 or more.

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will arrive the next day.
Orders placed after 2pm Monday to Thursday arrive in 2 days.
Orders placed after 2pm on Friday or anytime at the weekend will arrive on the following Tuesday.
Delivery: 8am - 6pm.

Yodel Neighbourhood courier (next working day delivery with flexible re-delivery) - £5.95

For Yodel Neighbourhood courier please place your order before 3pm on Monday 13 February.

You can have your order delivered by a Yodel Neighbourhood courier to any address in the UK. Unfortunately we do not deliver to addresses in Eire or the Channel Islands. Yodel Neighbourhood courier deliveries need to be signed for. Yodel Neighbourhood couriers do not deliver on Saturdays.

Yodel uses couriers who are familiar with your local area and will aim to deliver your order when you are likely to be at home. However, if you are not at home to accept your order, Yodel offers a flexible re-delivery service. The courier will leave a telephone number for you to call so that you can arrange another delivery time between 12pm and 9pm that's mutually convenient for you both.

Please note that our Yodel Neighbourhood courier service is not available for all postcodes. If your postcode is not covered, this delivery option will not be made available to you in checkout.

A Yodel Neighbourhood courier delivery costs £5.95 for any order.

Orders placed before 2pm on Monday to Thursday will arrive the next day.
Orders placed after 2pm on Monday to Wednesday will arrive in 2 days.
Orders placed between 2pm on Thursday and 2pm on Friday will arrive on the following Monday.
Orders placed after 2pm on Friday and at anytime at the weekend will arrive on the following Tuesday.
Delivery: 12pm - 9pm.

Delivery to store - free

For Delivery to store please place your order before 2pm Saturday 11 February.

You can have your order sent to any H.Samuel store in the UK. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to stores in Eire or the Channel Island.

For security purposes, the person who placed the order must collect it from the store and must take along the payment card used to pay for the order, together with the order number. If you ordered a gift for someone else, they cannot collect the order. Your order must be collected from the store within 35 days.

Delivery to store is free on all orders.

Delivery times vary depending on the store you select. You will be provided with estimated delivery dates for stores near you when you select your delivery option in checkout. In general, your order will be ready for collection between 4 and 8 working days. We will email you when your order has been processed. We will email you again when your order has been despatched and will be ready for collection.

Delivery to store: expected delivery dates vary by store. You will be provided with expected delivery dates for stores near you when you select your delivery option in checkout. In general, your order will be ready for collection between 4 and 8 working days. We will email you when your order has been processed. We will email you again when your order has been despatched and will be ready for collection.

Personalised jewellery items: For personalised jewellery orders, it can take between 14 to 17 working days to be despatched.

Engraved items

If you choose to have your order engraved, it can take between 3 to 8 working days to be despatched dependant on your chosen delivery method. In most cases it won't take this long but please do add an extra 8 working days to the expected delivery lead times shown above to avoid disappointment.

Free delivery

We offer free Standard delivery on orders of £49 to £148.99.
We offer free Next Day delivery on orders of £149 or more.
Delivery to an H.Samuel store is free.
For free Standard delivery you must spend between £49 and £148.99. For free Next Day delivery you must spend over £148.99. Services such as gift packaging and engraving are included in the total price.
