I was quite please with my order as it despatched on time.
The packaging was quite good, it protected the delicate watch and I was happy with it.
The bracelet was too big for me so I had to remove some of the bits but once I had done that, it fitted me quite well.
I will buy again from H. Samuel online, though there is a branch near me, they do not stock the brands I like.
