This product is not as illustrated and is too small for a traditional carriage clock.
Neither the description nor the illustration make it clear that the sides of this clock are a different colour to the rest of the brass. They are more orange in colour (or should I say copper?)
I looked for dimensions when considering this purchase and could find no information. H Samuel - please note this would be helpful to customers. So I decided to take a chance. Unfortunately, the clock is much smaller than I would expect for a Victorian style carriage clock - height only 14cm
So, sadly, it's going back.

Excellent value .....
Christopher really appreciated this beautiful carriage clock on his retiral from Wipro. He commented that it would take prime position on his mantlepiece and remind him of all the good souls he worked with at Wipro.
