Excellent timekeeper and good features BUT there's a design weakness
An excellent timepiece in all respects - except one.
After only 3 months of normal daily use the bracelet strap detached itself from the watch, causing superficial slight damage. The bracelet attachment sockets on the watch casing are a weakness resulting in accidental damage which would not happen with a better designed (or stainless steel) stronger watch casing. I now worry that it could easily happen again.
I would still recommend it as a very good atomic watch - pity about the case though.

I bought this watch while it was on special offer. It's my second of this model & I'm very pleased with it. There are only 2 negative aspects: The case is not all metal & the silvering quickly wears off the plastic sections. Also, it has a tendency to revert to the factory default of January 1st 2005 if you inadvertently hold down the wrong button too long. However, you can reset it manually by following the instructions in the little book supplied. Providing the home city is correct (London instead of Tokyo!) it should soon pick up a radio signal & be back to normal.
