These were bought for me as a gift, and are non-returnable after breaking seal... even though opening them was the only way to realise that they would not fit through my nose, far too big! Don't understand how they would fit through anyone's nose.
No, I do not recommend this product.

The nose studs were a really good find and although the studs were too big to fit in my girlfriend's nose it still made her very happy to be given
