This product is perfect in everyway but the only thing I found hard to do is the catch it is very small and fiderly but apart from that the necklace is everything i expected it to be.

Product was supplied with incorrect chain, but customer service was excellent. They arranged replacement chain at my local branch and reimbursed my travelling costs. I would have no doubt in recommending H. Samuel or purchasing from them in future. I love this necklace and have received very flattering compliments any time I have worn it.
