Step by Step Guide
Step 1: We send you a free Gold Buying pack
Once you have filled in the request form on the right and clicked submit, we will send you a free Gold Buying pack.
Alternatively you can call us on 0845 609 2000 to request a pack.
Step 2: You send us your gold, FREE of charge
When you receive your Gold Buying Pack, complete the enclosed form and place your gold into the protective packaging provided. Then use the prepaid special delivery envelope to post your items to us from your local Post Office. Postage is free and your package is insured for up to £500.
Step 3: We tell you how much it is worth
Once we have received your gold we will contact you with the price we will pay you.
Step 4: We send payment
If you accept the price, a cheque will follow within a few days.
